This new building project was supported by ASSOGEVI ONLUS, Italy. This was facilitated by Mr. Stefano Zanin. Mr. Stefano Zanin was very helpful in raising local donations for the development of SINAM and continuously helping SINAM in promoting new programmes. This centre has a provision of training hall, office and a guest room.

The building is named after SINAM Development Centre. The SINAM Development Centre includes children's garden, and various other activities required for the life cycle development of vulnerable community. We hope and pray that this VALARAGAM will significantly contribute for the development of poor, oppressed, down trodden and marginalized community in Tiruvannamalai District.
